Shipping Policy
Please verify that your address is correct - The store does not refund or re-ship orders with addresses input incorrectly. If you notice that your address was entered wrong please email admineapb@feastingsisters.com immediately so we can change the address prior to shipping. Once your order has processed and reached shipment status we are no longer able to make updates.

How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders ship out USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated via the product description.
Return & Exchange Policy

We work hard to make sure that every order is shipped out and sent out in high quality for our customers. With that being said, please understand colors may appear differently than how they appear on your monitor. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are limited.
RETURNS + REFUNDS

We do offer exchanges in the event that your package is damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may rectify the situation as soon as possible.

If your order is incorrect, Feasting Sisters will work with you to correct and/or refund the order.
Physical product returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Occasionally a pre-paid shipping label will be issued for returns. However, approved returns by customer request will be refunded less shipping fee as well as be subject to a 10% restock fee.
For all granted physical returns utilizing PAYPAL - orders will be refunded less a 3-4% transaction fee based on location.

Digital products cannot be returned/refunded do to the nature of the product.
